Careful buyers, the lot line windows are not guaranteed to be protected and most likely it will aLl covered by the new condo next door. Kitchen is fugly, kitchen is not chef quality. Appliances and cabinets are old school. This listing has been on streeteasy forever, they just ended it and renew it as new listings to refresh the number of days listed! Lol good luck,
