117 EAST 11th Street WARNING DO NOT RENT!

Hello, A word of warning for you all: DO NOT RENT AT 117 (113) East 11th Street!!!!! This building is poorly managed, if not to say not managed at all. The appliances are falling apart, the floors are disgusting and the paint job is a joke. On a positive note, the super is really nice and very helpful. He really does a great job. However, the building managers are rude and have 0 intention of helping you at all. The noise and crowd from Webster Hall is hard to deal with on a daily basis. Some of the kitchens in the building need a heavy upgrade, because they are close to unusable. Yes the units there are cheaper then average, but it's definitely not worth it. Look somewhere else.
