Since when do you spell TriBeCa correctly? I thought it's "Tribecca" to you.

At least you got the penthouse/townhouse thing wrong, so you can honorably defend your right to the moniker "Jason the Retard".

Jason's link spells Manhatttan which is another reason why I prefer "Jason the stuttering retard."
