Strange layout, no real bedroom, one (admittedly large-ish) window. Very ordinary (if not just cheap) fixtures in kitchen and bath. Looks like it should have been part of some larger floorplan. "Pin drop quiet": Interior window faces an air shaft. At least if you were 2 floors up you'd be nearer roof top level, with a chance at a view and air flow.

"large entry foyer with home office" -- just because you put a desk there does not make it a home office. It's a wide hallway. Sheesh.

OK but the units in the same line seem only to have a window. I am just saying that 1000 feet in the west village should be sold by now if it's priced so low.

2D and 3D have only one window. 3D sold for $817K in 2011.

4D-10D have a second window, on the lot line with 129 Charles, facing west.

2D will sell when the price drops enough for someone wanting a cave.
