I haven't heard anything about this project, but the developer also worked on PS90 on West 148th Street. PS90 is considered by many to be a fine example of historical restoration/conversation. I'm not sure if this helps you any, but thought I'd mention it anyway.

Their own site says mid-2014. You could always call them at 914-833-3000 and ask what they think pricing will be a year from now.
