Recently viewed this house at an open house. The reno is stunning. However, I'm not sure LIC is ready for a $3.25 million property.

Gorgeous interior. Agreed its a bit overpriced but theres really nothing in the area thats comparable. If there were mutliple townhouses like this in the area then price point should probably be $2.5-$3 mill. It takes just 1 family with a big growing family to compromise with the price premium. This building is next to the waterfront park, schools, supermarket...etc. Not a bad place raise a family. I would worry however about its proximity to the water and potential flooding issues..
