This is a great building and management. We have been tenants for seven years now and never had an issue. They are ethical and good to their clients. During hurricane sandy we were displaced for a week and they gave us a refund on our rent without us even asking. I know a lot of friends who had landlords who did not give them a break. They are also prompt in fixing issues. No problems at all.
