Discussion about 50 Sutton Place South in Sutton Place
Is W/D allowed in the apartments in the building? I know 45 SPS and 20 SPS allows for W/D to be installed.

When they are allowed it's always mentioned, but you might want to ask one of the listing brokers.

thank you, NWT, this is very helpful. Do you happen to know other buildings on SPS that would allow individual W/D?

I just checked those two out of idle curiosity. It's unusual in those 1950s/1960s buildings, and would be a selling point, so no danger of it not being mentioned in a listing.

45 SPS does allow washer/dryers.However, you'd have to install it in place of an existing bathtub or shower.
