Discussion about 45 Sutton Place South in Sutton Place
Is W/D allowed in the apartment? Some floor plans show ensuite laundry, but I thought I would ask, just to make sure.

45 SPS does allow washer/dryers.However, you'd have to install it in place of an existing bathtub or shower.
