Discussion about 7 Park Avenue #175
This property says pets allowed. The broker said they are not. It would be helpful if this ad was updated. Her response was 'If you are the owner pets are allowed. The owner of the apt says no pets.' So since everyone will be a potential renter from the owner no one could have a pet. Disappointing. It is a nice apt in a great location. Thx

Stupid ass: street easy aggregates info on buildings. The building may have a pet friendly building, while the unit owner does not.
