I saw this apartment - very big, great value - they have been trying to sell it for years. What is the problem with it? in this super hot market - why is it not selling? What am I missing?

Thanks inonada. I would love to get some brokers who are familiar with the building to comment.
Ironically, 2K, also on the market, is NOT such a great deal. Maintenance is cheap, but I think they are inflating the value of that terrace, IMO. Along with all that was said in your other thread, the close proximity to the noise/traffic (both are on relatively low floors) might be influencing the price.
Overpriced could be the reason
Does anyone have any relevant comps for this place? What is the true value for this property?
I have looked at the apt - I think it is worth about 1.7
#5BCD ended up selling for $2,149,500 in September 2013.
