Hello, I have been looking to get quotes on several small projects as I will be moving into a studio on 6/28/13. Does anyone have any recommendation for contractors/painters with reasonable price for below? Removal of popcorn ceiling Painting Flooring The studio is about 375sq ft. I have parquet floors now but it looks a bit dated. If the job becomes too pricey to replace the entire thing, I may just have it restained. Thanks!
