Discussion about
Renting out my condo in a large building with no brokers involved. The prospective tenants are all quite qualified, ostensibly. what's the sequence of events of selection of tenant, credit check of tenant, , submitting the 500$ condo approval package (which presumably the tenant pays...), getting some upfront deposit committal from the tenant.

Why dont you hire an experience broker, who can answer all these questions. Do all the work for you, make sure you get a super qualified tenant and a great price for your apartment. All while getting paid by the tenant...

if they are all the same on visual, pit them against each other and get them to bid for the highest rate.

I agree with dkramp getting a broker to secure a qualified tenant and possibly more than one , will help you pick the best fit for you home.
