Curious, is the market such that this will now sell? $515k in 2006, been on the market on and off since 2008, 4th floor walkup HDFC with income caps, in storm zone1, no street view

The HDFC limit is high but the price is still over five times the maximum household income. In order to support the mortgage, you'd need a buyer who had $200k in savings even with the maximum income.

An older couple who are downsizing, maybe?
