Discussion about
Anyone have any recommendations for law firms (preferably ones that either specialize in or at least deal with Queens) that represent co-ops? Looking for competence; reasonable price; and straight talk. Folks who tell you anything is "a piece of cake" are not in any mix I'm interested in.

Matthew Hunter on Queens Boulevard in Forest Hills. Handled buying and selling co-ops for us. Very satifisfied.
