Has anyone noticed that the co-ops have been severely overpriced lately? Take for example: http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/924326-coop-180-west-end-avenue-lincoln-square-new-york and http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/922486-coop-165-west-end-avenue-lincoln-square-new-york Both are studio-sized and going for 465K+, when only at the beginning of the year the comparable units were going for sub 400K.
