Talk about putting 20% down and leveraging your money to make back 1000% in a few years plus principle write down and tax benefits.
Somewhereelse/stevejhx were SCREAMING at the top of their lungs to NOT BUY! Some people had to be influenced by them and now look at your pathetic selves. Still renting with your Etrade account break even and prices more than double what you could have paid.
meanwhile guys like Juiceman, Ericho and myself were YELLING OPPORTUNITY!
Anyhow, with inventory at such unprecedented low levels and demand at all time highs the market has more room to run before prices pull back somewhat. I'd say we have another 3/4 years of 10% price increases before a breather takes place with new inventory showing up.
