Can anyone recommend any good but reasonably priced management companies and book keepers who are experienced and are willing to do work for a condo / condo board? How much would they cost? thanks in advance.

Try HSC Management. Cost depends on your building size etc. Prices can vary greatly. After a long search 3 years ago (and after switching for 3rd time in 4 years), I am happy at HSC
