Discussion about
Found a perfect place exactly where I want to be with parking. The building Owner Occupancy rate is low. Totally new to Co-cop transactions. What is anyone's thoughts on this?

Co-cop transactions are defined as purchases made by two married law officers; owner occupancy is usually low due to constant shift & assigned precinct changes. On a positive note, these buildings are very safe.

Bernard Kerrick is a great resource for tips on renovations, contracting & especially billing.

Best of Luck!

Well for one, you may have a hard time getting financing. Banks don't like to see low owner-occupancy.
