Discussion about 20 Pine Street #919
we all know that sq ft can be "overstated" a bit, but this a 826 sq ft apartment (I have seen this line with my broker). Is it fair to list it as a 900 sq ft apartment? I would understand 830 sq ft, not 900. Also 14ft ceilings? Really?

900 is really a stretch, but 14 ft ceiling may be true on the 9th floor. I have seen another apartment on the 9th floor before. The ceiling was at least 12 ft high.
