Discussion about 263 Bowery at 263 Bowery in Lower East Side
Wondering if owners are happy with their units in this building? We are considering buying in another building going up by the same developers. It would be great to hear if you've had any issues- construction or otherwise. Thank you!

I think the price shown on streeteasy is cheap for the area...but thats if you can get it at those prices...
