Great small building, not much turnover, you know your neighbors. One of the prettiest tree lined Brownstone streets in Manhattan. Most buildings on the block have been restored according to Landmark specifications. We are next door to a beautiful German Lutheran Church.

Um ... so?

Nothing's for sale in this building. Why is it in "sales"?

By the way, huge drawbacks are close proximity to a school and that blasted High Line.
