Looking at some of the available units, they've been RAISING prices. Good luck to you.

They've been raising asking prices on units that haven't rented.

I've been looking at studios. Definitely seems they are priced a bit above market for the neighborhood, but they are really beautiful apartments. My concern is the length of construction. They don't seem willing to entertain additional free months (I was going to ask for two given the unfinished state of the building and lack of building amenities for a time period), but they didn't seem willing to negotiate. I wonder what percentage has been rented and when the construction will actually finish.

The reason I was inquiring about additional months free or negotiating a better rental rate is because the building will be unfinished upon move-in (in August), with some amenities not slated for completion until October or December. I wondered what people thought about negotiating on that basis.

This building is an eye sore in every sense the doorman/concierge are horrible more like 2 star motel service. and the building is filled with "low income" residents
