Just got this in my inbox : The Hidden Costs of Buying Used If you’re thinking about buying a used home, keep in mind that you may also be buying someone else’s problems – and someone else’s tastes. The hidden costs can add up lightning-fast, from the obvious issues like dated paint, flooring, and fixtures to the not-so-obvious ones, such as malfunctioning heating, electrical, and plumbing. When you buy a used home, there are rarely guarantees. Do you really want to inherit someone else's problems? Visit the Toll Talks blog to find out why buying new is a smart investment and how buying used could cost you more than you expected. Best Regards, Toll Brothers
