The Colorado / Nancy Packes

I looked at a unit in the Colorado on 86th St. I made a below ask offer on the rent, and left a $100 check with was to be used as my application fee if they agreed to take the lower rent. They did not take the lower rent and an application was not made. A month later they cashed my check. They have been very slow to respond to me or return my money. Who should I report them to? What are my options?

your options are to suck it up and move on. why didn't you do the responsible thing and pick up your check?
