These people have some serious bad taste!! I'm going to check it out for fun!The southern exposure seems great except they are putting up a hotel right across the street fyi so there will be no light on the 3rd floor... darkness. I love the building and the hood but that layout is also pretty awkward with the weird sideways kitchen and the bedrooms so far from each other.
