I think this is a neat feature - is there any way you could put the price at which the properties actually closed at? It looks like the prices listed are what they were listed at.

I agree. That is a huge piece of information that is missing. My apartment show as up closing but the price that is listing is the asking price before we negotiated. I would not have paid the ask.

I agree. This would be a very useful update to the site. Also, it would be great to see how much the seller originally paid for the apartment being listed. This is particularly useful to know when buying co-ops.
