Can anyone comment on the asking price of this apt? It's nicely renovated but the common charge is quite high compared to Seward Park or East River Coop. Prices in this area have gone up quite dramatically.

Maintenance might be listed from before submetering was started (about 3 months back). If so, it might be a few hundred less per month.
