Discussion about 1 Morton Square 3CD-EAST
The apartment looks lovely. Some of the decorating is not my taste exactly. A hotel is going up right across the street and will be blocking all light on low south facing units. Anyone thinking of purchasing the unit has a right to know that.

You would need to repaint a lot... But that s not very expensive. A hotel might bring some activity, but if it blocks the light I would not go as far as to pretend it would add value...
But a decent 3BR in a nice building in the West Village for 1800/sf, sounds like a good deal.
