The St. Mark—which floors/units have terraces?

Discussion about The St. Mark at 115 East 9th Street in East Village
Hi, I'm very interested in buying a 2 BR in this building. Can you tell me which units or floors have balconies or terraces? Are they even numbered floors? Units that are above floor #12? Thank you very much. Anything else you can share about living in this building would be great as well. Thanks

Amie Fields of Corcoran (an agent with whom I have no business relationship) does a number of sales in the building, why don't you just contact her?
