Check out this apartment and here are some impressions. The apartment is big, but the home office is small and hard to make use of. for a 1 br, 2 ba seems unnecessary. (the 1br/1ba is sold for 100K lower). Because it's on the second floor, it is right above the commercials and can hear the loud noise on the street. The furnishing is low end. The AC looks old and falling apart. They didn't even put washer and dryer in the apartment.
