Con Ed and the 21st century...

Discussion about
1.Called Con Ed to ask if the voltage was reduced in my part of Manhattan. 2.Was told that it was and "hopefully" will be back to normal in "a couple of days" 3.Called a few minutes later to ask by how much the voltage was reduced. 4. Was told that the voltage was NOT reduced. My A/Cs tell me that it was, and by significant number. Anyone else is experiencing low voltage?
