I saw this apartment a few days ago... 1- I was a little confused because there is definitely no hot tub. 2- The basement/ laundry area was pretty dingy and gross. There were moldy towels all over the place and I counted at least 3 dead roaches laying on the floor. Ew. 3- This is a 4th floor walk up with no doorman or elevator. No one in their right mind pays 4600 in manhattan to walk up and down stairs let alone 4 flights!
