Discussion about Mirabeau at 165 West 91st Street in Upper West Side
Are the Taxes for the conversions under abatement? If so when is the expiration of the abatement?

The DoF database shows no abatements. I thought there might be a J51, but apparently not.

the taxes will be whatever they were when it was a rental for the building, spread across the PCI. make sure the sponsor is not misrepresenting the taxes - would not be the first time. if could be a temporary construction abatement, check the tax invoices.
