Yes good area in middle of bburg. Some would say not " prime bburg" but there are a lot of nice buildings and Restos around there.

No not at all. You just have to understand that Williamsburg is massive, so there are lots of little sub-markets and you can't compare prices between something along the Park, the water and in East Bburg. There are lots of sales to look at though along Broadway to get a sense of prices. Also be aware of what is happening with the sugar factory. For me the biggest issue around broadway is the subway access. So kind of depends where you are working/heading.
