Hi, I own an 11 year old black lab and am looking to find a rental in the Upper West Side. I want to make sure I get a place with an elevator or on a first floor with little stairs since she is getting older. I have heard it is hard to find places for larger dogs in NYC. Any tips or suggestions any of you have? Looking for ideally a 1 BR 1 BA at least 650 sqft ideally close to Central Park with a budget up to 4k/mo. Thanks, Kaleb
Hi Kaleb,
I'm a real estate Agent. hope my answer will help. I have own my dogs 2 toy poodles. I know how hard it is to find place in NY City. They do required a lot, if someone has dog. mostly they have weight limit.also not many building allowed to have dog. If your Lab has great friendly, personality that will help. If you can reply about how big is your dog and I can send you some apt listings and If you like to see any of them we can started work! Thank you!

your realistic budget makes this fairly straightforward. Brodsky is a very pet friendly owner on that side of town, as are Equity residential and Rudin.
i have rented in 101 west 79th in the past and lso have a lab great location and staff.. it's a condo building so i guess all subject to the landlord being ok with it..
