They do required a lot, if someone has dog. mostly they have weight limit.also not many building allowed to have dog. If your Lab has great friendly, personality that will help. your realistic budget makes this fairly straightforward. Brodsky is a very pet friendly owner on that side of town, as are Equity residential and Rudin.

i have rented in 101 west 79th in the past and lso have a lab great location and staff.. it's a condo building so i guess all subject to the landlord being ok with it..
