This building is not recommended for renters with families. Many older tenants reside here and complain about noise levels. Renters are at risk of incurring fines.

I'm shocked.. I assume most landlords want you to make the older renters' lives a little harder.

Keep the racket down and train your children to have respect for neighbors, otherwise move to the burbs and make all the noise you like.
