Olympia House 279 E 44th Street

I live in this building. DO NOT rent an apartment in this building. There is a bug and rodent problem and all they do is hand out glue traps (when they are available.) If something breaks or needs to be replaced, good luck, it will never happen. It took 6 years for me to have a broken glass shower door replaced. I had to pay one of the porters to swipe one from a vacant apartment. The management, all Aussies, rent out the apartments to young people that pile 3 & 4 in an apartment and they urinate and vomit in the stairwells not to mention the noise. I can go on and on but you get the picture.
