Discussion about The Leonard at 101 Leonard Street in Tribeca
Close to Canal street, the area near the chambers is a bit of a no man s land... Not the sexiest hoood. West Tribeca is catching up to the core though so the border with Civic Center might appreciate in the coming years.
At 1800/sf, you can find nicer places to live in my opinion, but it might be a good deal over time.
Civic Center sounds like an area that a tourist would go not knowing any better.

How old are you ? Do you own any property ? What do you do ? How long have you been in NY ?
I m really curious to know how you can feel so entitled.
I've been in NY pretty much forever, I'm no tourist.
Does anyone know anything about school district here ?
Pretty beat location. Not really convenient to anything. Very close proximity to family court and Chinatown.
I would be curious to know what school district this falls into as well. Guesing something in Chinatown which could be good or bad...
It's proably spruce st.
contact Golan Bramli with Douglas Elliman, he sold few units in the building and know it very well.
