Discussion about Hallanan at 9 Barrow Street in West Village
Building looks gorgeous but I had a few financial questions I couldn't find the answer to online. Does anyone know who owns the commercial units on the ground floor? It looks like the co-op may only own some of it which may explain their common charges which appear a little high given PT doorman. Also, they have a J-51 abatement that will expiring in 2016 how much are they saving on this? In other words how much would common charges be expected to go up when it expires? Thanks!

Heard the gas is shut off in the building. Anybody know the reason why / when this problem will be resolved?
