The only way 9A and 9C could have 6 and 5 bedrooms (respectively) is if they were massive duplexes coupled with the much-larger north/south wings of the floor below. This would give them wraparound terraces on the 8th floor and huge, event-worthy terraces on the 9th floor above the 'wings' below - according to the renderings I've seen. I hope we get to see the floorplans!
