Has anyone used this company? Seem to have great reviews on places on citysearch, angieslist, google review, etc. Reviews seem almost too good. Does anyone have any experience with them?

My former landlord had used them for 30+ years, and for many of those years, I dealt with them directly when there were furnace issues. No problems.
