What do you think about the price given the location and the size of the third bedroom?

Grossly overpriced. The 3rd bedroom is more like a walk-in closet.

The price, relatively speaking, is significantly higher than other recent sales in the building. The asking price is 50% over what the buyer paid in a frothy November 2006 close, and that Home Depot renovation cannot explain that difference. It also appears that it is currently rented for only $3500 more than the monthly maintenance. Strike three.

hopefully they maintain their balcony railings better than the board at 400
