Anyone know anything about this building? there is a one bedroom there for sale that might be good for a remodel. Seems the sponsor owns a lot of the apartments.

What happened to the 1100sf apartment you were seeking floor refinishing advice on?

It's one of many Melohn-family buildings. As of 2006, they still owned shares for at least 15 of the apartments. They've sold a few since then, but tend to market-rate rent their apartments once the non-purchasing tenant vacates, rather than sell them.

You might want to check what the actual percentage is, who's calling the shots with the managing agent, etc.
