I would like to refinance my rental Co-op in NJ? Does anyone know of any banks that do this type of refinance?

What is the approximate value of your unit and how much of a balance do you have. As I am sure you might be aware, in general Coop mortgages are more difficult to obtain and added to that "investment"/"rental" is a little more challenging. Depending on the response to the above question ...
