Yeah - lose the caps and take better photos! No one is interested in the chandelier, the bed, the houseplant, the bathroom products. Also, where's the floor plan? And what's with the half-second video? An all-out sloppy listing.

I love this. Why would you tip a chair over to try to get it out of the shot rather than expend .25 calories to simply move it? No name "cream" of some type in bathroom is kind of creepy and gross at once. And for features, who wouldn't want a wine rach over the subzero fridge's vent so you can store your wine at a perfect constant 82 degrees?

Ideal examples of how not to photograph an apartment for listing.

PS. Please stop yelling at us.

Also, if you couldn't sell it at $465 last year or $455 the year before what makes you think it'll move at $485 now?

dunno about mac, but in windows you can save them in a desired rotated state.

Omg that bedroom pic literally made me laugh out loud. Did you steal that bedding from a cheap motel somewhere? And what's with the frameless massively crooked "artwork"? And almost every pic is out of focus, and the cabinets look like something from a 1990s Tucson tract house, and, and...

Invest a few dollars and hire a pro for the pics.

For $99-$150, you can hire a professional photographer to not only shoot the apartment, but give you tips on where to de-clutter in each shot (ie the cream in bathroom, as previously mentioned.) With 95 percent of all buyers starting their search online, I would want the best shots possible to draw people in and provide my seller with the best possible service regarding one's first impression of the apartment. It's well worth the investment.

Horizontal living is the hottest trend in hotter than hot Chelsea. Besides, in this market, you could sell a broom closet for $485k.

This isn't bad at all. I've seen far worse (clutter) when I arrive at a property to shoot. New photos, new description (agree without caps) and a FP would help.
