Does it vary by type of property? Do co-ops have longer escrow than condos or townhouses?

It varies by buyer, because each escrow is set up by the board on a case-by-case basis for the applicant.

I guess technically there are some condo boards that could require escrow, but I've never seen it except in a co-op. Keith? Digs?
