Discussion about The Police Building at 240 Centre Street in Little Italy

Asking prices and closing prices seem so disconnected in the building. Particularly given the odd layouts, few apartments have been renovated, high maintenance charges (look for assessments), lack of any view from all apartments and general disrepair of the building. Seems to be a building which is nice from the outside terrible from the inside. That said 4K seems to have sold at a fair price. Everything else - way overpriced.
