It is certainly east of the. Bqe, so would qualify as east. I personally really like right around where this building is, but the finishes are very cheap in this building and units are quite small.

Funny how they don't include a floorplan in the listing. If they did, you'd see that the "living room" is really part of the kitchen.

These one-bedroom units are all kitchen and bedroom.

@ottawanyc - is it? I'm going to see an unit tomorrow, and looks decent in the pictures. Do you have personal experience of the units in this building? What do you think about the future prospects of this area?
