Discussion about
Permits in a combination were filed but never closed. Anyone know typical timeframe to close on a plumbing and general ALT-2 permit(s)? Thanks

Depends on a few factors:

1. would you be working with the original architect or engineer to close the filings
2. did you do the work as described in the CD set/filing or did you do additional work

If you are working with the same professional who initially filed then it won't be that difficult to close everything out unless there are changes to what work was actually completed. If you have to hire a new professional they would have to submit new drawings with their stamp/seal, inspect the work, etc etc and it could become a drawn out process.

Same architect. Work was performed according to filling, but many years ago. Any idea on timeframe? Weeks or months?
